共同海损（General Average），简写为G.A.,是指在对外贸易中，为了规避船舶或船上货物遇上共同危险，而有意、合理地作出特殊牺牲或付出特殊费用。共同海损损失是由船、货（或者关联的其他货主）等人一起承担。是一种共同分摊海损损失的安全措施。共同海损货物分摊额，以“Cargo's Proportion OF General Average”来表达。
共同海损英文表达方式
