We immediately conducted an investigation and found that our products OF asin: XXXX did violate the trademark infringement of the right owner, but please believe us that we did not intentionally do that. According to the patent number 8XXX mentioned in your warning email, we have checked relevant inFormAtion in the official wEBSite of USPTO. I found that the keyword "XXX" I used in the Asin has been registered as a trademark. Here are the trademark infringemen owner's message we checked out.
so, I changed the title and product description of the link in the background for the first time,deleted the words XXX, and contACTed Amazon customer service to help me recheck it to ENSure that other people's tradeMARKS no longer appear. We are aware that the prob/lem has been positively modified and we have n.w made sure that there is no infringement.
